“A/B testing is used for isolating the effect of a single element on a website or app, or a sales approach, etc. I think of it like an experimental method– you control all other factors and only adjust a single attribute to see how it impacts an outcome, such as click-through rate. It’s one of the only ways to improve your product accurately.”
